Anyone else notice the price difference between clinics is wild?

I got quotes from 6 clinics for the same procedure (double eyelid surgery) and the range was ₩800,000 to ₩4,500,000. That's almost a 6x difference. I understand some of it is location (Apgujeong vs. other areas), surgeon experience, and clinic overhead. But I genuinely cannot tell from the consultations alone what justifies the premium at the top end. Has anyone done a lot of clinic shopping? What factors actually correlated with better outcomes in your experience? I'm trying to figure out if the expensive clinics are actually better or if it's just branding.
